How do I move my notes to a new iPhone?
- On your old iPhone, open Settings → Data & Privacy and tap Keepwell Backup.
- Save the file in Files, for example in iCloud Drive, or send it to yourself.
- On the new iPhone, open the same screen, tap Restore Backup and choose the file.
If you set up the new iPhone from an iCloud backup, Keepwell usually comes back with it.
Where are my notes stored?
Only on your iPhone, inside Keepwell. There's no account and no Keepwell cloud. iCloud device backups can include Keepwell, and you can make your own Keepwell Backup file at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy.
What does Ask Keepwell send?
Only when you ask a question: your question, the earlier messages in that chat and what you saved about the people it's about. It goes to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the answer, and our server doesn't keep it. Your chats stay on your iPhone.

How do I cancel Keepwell Plus?
In Keepwell, open Settings → Keepwell Plus and tap Manage subscription. Or open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing you saved is deleted.
I paid for Plus, but the app doesn't show it
Open Settings → Keepwell Plus and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Plus with. If it still doesn't show, write to us.
A friend sent me a card link
Open the link and fill in the card in your browser. You don't need the app. When you're done, send it back with the button at the end.
Your answers travel inside the link, and we don't store them. If you have Keepwell, the link opens in the app instead.
I lost my Secret Santa code
Ask the organizer to open the draw, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Free up a name. Then open the group link and pick your name again. Your wishlist stays.
How do I delete everything?
Open Settings → Data & Privacy and tap Erase All Data. It removes everyone and everything in Keepwell on this iPhone, including Ask Keepwell chats, and can't be undone, so make a Keepwell Backup first if you might want it back.
Deleting the app also deletes its data, but it doesn't cancel Plus. Do that in your Apple Account.
How do I add someone?
Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen and add a person. Then save what you know: their birthday, things they love, gift ideas. Keepwell Free holds 10 people, and Keepwell Plus has no limit.
