1Keepwell
Keepwell is made by Lugosoft Inc. It's a notebook for remembering the people in your life: what they love, their birthdays, your plans and memories together. By using the app or getkeepwell.app, you agree to these terms.
2Keepwell Plus
Plus is an optional yearly or monthly subscription. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and Apple charges your account in those last 24 hours. Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings and keep Plus until the period ends.
A free month from an offer code turns into a paid subscription at the price shown, unless you cancel before it ends. If you bought lifetime access, it stays active. Prices can differ by country. Refunds are handled by Apple.
3Your notes and backups
What you save belongs to you, and we claim no rights to it. It's stored on your iPhone, so keep a Keepwell Backup or an iCloud backup: if your iPhone is lost or the app is deleted, we can't get your notes back.
You're responsible for what you save and share about other people, and for having the right to do so.
4Ask Keepwell and web finds
Ask Keepwell answers from what you saved, written by an AI model from Anthropic. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important yourself, especially about health, allergies, safety or money, and don't treat answers as professional advice.
Free users can ask 5 questions a week. Plus includes more questions and web finds, within fair-use limits.
Web finds link to other websites. Prices, availability and dates come from those sites and can be wrong or change. We don't sell what they offer and aren't responsible for it. We may pause or change Ask Keepwell if the service behind it is unavailable, or to prevent misuse.
5Secret Santa and friend cards
Secret Santa and friend cards on getkeepwell.app are free. The organizer adds the names, so only add people who agreed to take part, and keep sensitive details, like health information, out of wishlists.
Groups are deleted 30 days after the exchange. We may remove a group that's used to harass anyone or break the law.
6Fair use
Don't use Keepwell to break the law, harm or harass anyone, collect other people's data, get around limits, or interfere with the app, the website or our server. We may restrict access for anyone who does.
7Changes to Keepwell and these terms
We may add, change or remove features when it's reasonably needed. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or on this page before the change takes effect. If you keep using Keepwell afterwards, the new terms apply.
8Liability
We work hard to keep Keepwell reliable, but it's provided as it is and as available, and we can't promise it will always work without interruptions or errors.
As far as the law allows, Lugosoft Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data you didn't back up. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
9Age, law and contact
You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country to use services like this without a parent's permission.
These terms don't take away any rights you have under the laws of the country you live in. You can stop using Keepwell at any time. Cancelling Plus doesn't delete what's on your iPhone.
